Greek Salad Dressing

Greek Salad

Bright & Tangy

Typical vinaigrettes have a ratio of 3:1 (3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar) – while this recipe is 1:1.  If you are sensitive to vinegar, consider reducing the initial amount of vinegar until after the emulsion comes together.  Then add vinegar until you reach the desired flavor.

*Note – the original recipe on allrecipes.com called for a ratio of 3:4.  We found this to be extremely strong and made reductions accordingly.
